Hi NEED TO WARN:
I posted here about my experience with isango! Travel Experiences. That they booked me on a completely wrong tour and were not responding to me. I tried different ways but in the end the never returned my money and would not reply to my email, but the manager Nitin would call me so i have nothing on record. They agreed it was their mistake but the said they can’t give my money back.
finally after fighting for 2 months i settled with 450 GBP, when the full amount we paid was 1375 GBP for a dinner, because i was just tired and they are very shameless. I was exhuated aruging. They confirmed through email that they will refund. when i agreed , he emailed saying before the refund, he needs to discuss something. He called and asked me to take all the comments I have made about my experience here or any other page down. I disagreed and since then no response again. I again emailed to follow up. He called and said ” MY FINANCE TEAM SAID I NEED TO TAKE THE COMMENTS DOWN BEFORE THEY CAN PROCESS THEY REFUND”.
How shameless is that. They are threatening me to not give my money. First of all they are not giving my full money after not providing the service, I had to compromise. On top of that they are threatening me.
They are a total SCAM. You know I’m not sure if they intend to give my money back or no. Coz they have been frustrating me, not replying, promising to give back but not returning the money.
But I will say this to all here. When you guys travel never ever book with isango! Travel Experiences coz i don’t want anyone to go through what I’m going through.
And if a company makes a mistake, please collect all the proof that your service was not provided. I have a voucher from they, which was not fulfilled and my whole family stayed hungry. But i thought mistakes happen, they will return the money. But i did not know such companies are out there to cheat you.
I’m learning the very hard way. Hope you guys are safe and always GET PROOF IF THEY COMPANY FAILS TO PROVIDE WHATS PROMISED.
