Serbia
6 scams
There is much to see and do in Serbia all year round – there are beautiful national parks and monasteries to explore in the summer and some of the best mountain resorts for skiing in the winter.
The country is also generally safe to visit though there are a couple of common European travel scams to watch out for.
Note: vast majority of trips are trouble free and there is no need to be paranoid. That said, it always pays to be aware, careful, and prepared.
