Charity donation scams in Romania

How it works:

• Situation: like how you may encounter fake petition/charity touts in other parts of Europe (e.g. France, Italy, Spain), you may encounter such charity touts at train stations or on the trains in Albania.
• Set-up: they may be carrying clipboards, selling magazines, or simply attempting to help you get a seat, then show some official looking documents before asking you to donate.
