It was a reputed massage parlour in Manila, we went to have a leg massage after a city tour. Since it was all female operated one and it was just 25$ we entered the place and sat in the lobby. They insisted all three of us to get the massage at the same time, saying it is saving our time. But we kept one in the lobby and two of us entered the massage area.
It was all clean and nice, masseuse started applying oil on legs and asked is it okay to add some another oil to get the smell. I thought that it is a just alternative, so said yes go ahead. And again she asked to light an oil lamp next to me, I said okay to that as well. The massage was good, takes around 25 minutes and it was very relaxing.
But when paying the bill, it was mentioned 50$ as the total for each. They have charged 25$ for extra oil, for lighting the oil lamp and as a tip to the masseuse as well. We had no choice, it was useless to argue. so we paid 100$ and came out from that place. so its always better to check the prices and services clearly.
