How it works:
- You may encounter unlicensed money changer touts on the streets, borders or at transportation hubs.
- They will first quote a very unfavourable rate. If you are aware enough not to fall for it, they will then revise the offer to a very favourable exchange rate. However, if you change money with them, they will remove some notes via sleight of hand and you will still lose out.
