How it works:
- Version 1 (overcharging): this can happen in a number of ways and there is no one common scenario. Please refer to the user stories as shared below for more color.
- Version 2 (shortchanging): a bus conductor will collect your fare on the bus. If he doesn’t have the coins and so owes you change, he will issue you a ticket and pay you back later. He disembarks at the next stop and a new conductor boards. If you ask for change from the new conductor, he will not have it.
Places to beware:
What to do:
- Do double check how much you should pay and to get back.
- Try to have small change when boarding the bus. Else, monitor the conductor if you are owed change (though it’s just a small amount).
